At Wild Routes, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, pure, and natural beauty products under our brand Darpana Naturals. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Replacements

• We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
• Due to the nature of our products (organic powders, oils, etc.), we do not accept returns for opened or used items unless there is a proven quality or packaging defect.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Please contact us at sales.wildroutes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Kindly share images of the product and packaging for faster resolution.
• We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on the issue.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
• Items purchased during promotional sales or discounted offers (unless damaged).
• Gift cards or sample products.
